Ferrous Foundry

150-ton capacity in-house foundry producing grey and ductile iron castings up to 25 kg with controlled metallurgy, induction melting, and mechanised sand preparation.

Aluminium Casting (GDC & PDC)

Gravity and pressure die casting facilities producing aluminium components from 700 g to 25 kg, delivering structural strength, dimensional stability, and tight tolerances

Precision Machining & Gear Manufacturing

CNC machining with sub-20 micron accuracy, 30 conventional machines, and a fully equipped gear shop manufacturing DIN 8 class gears in-house.

Assembly, Testing & Quality Validation

Integrated assembly backed by 12 test benches, CMM-based inspection, gear profiling, spectrometry, and 100% performance and leak testing before dispatch.
